BEE-LEARNING is a not-for-profit vocational training centre and accredited IT audit firm headquartered in Yaoundé, Cameroon, serving organisations across the CEMAC region.
Who we are
We exist to bridge ambition and expertise. Every programme we run equips individuals and organisations with the practical skills required to thrive in the digital economy — from a first cloud certification to a board-level security assurance engagement.
As a not-for-profit, our surplus goes back into lab capacity, instructor development and access programmes rather than shareholder returns. That structure lets us hold an uncompromising standard on courseware, instructor certification and audit independence.
Mission
Build future-ready digital talent through world-class training, authorised certifications and practical skill development.
Vision
To be Central Africa's most trusted technology learning partner, driving innovation and workforce transformation.
Accreditations
Recognised by two national ministries
Dual accreditation is what separates a training vendor from a national capability partner.
MINEFOP
Accredited Vocational Training Centre
The Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training accredits BEE-LEARNING to deliver vocational instruction against national standards. Our programme design, instructor qualification and assessment practice are held to those standards, so certificates issued here carry formal national recognition alongside global vendor credentials.
MINPOSTEL
Accredited Security Audit Firm
The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications grants the legal authority to conduct security audits of information systems in Cameroon. This accreditation lets us deliver audits that satisfy national data-infrastructure compliance obligations, with findings that regulators and boards accept.
Values
How we work
Integrity
Independent, evidence-based work — in the classroom and in the audit report.
Innovation
Curricula refreshed with each vendor release, taught on live cloud labs.
Excellence
Certified instructors, official courseware and measurable pass outcomes.
Impact
Not-for-profit by design: surplus is reinvested into access and scholarships.
SND30
Strategic alignment with national development
Digital Economy & Innovation
SND30 targets a materially larger digital sector contribution to GDP. Our cloud, DevOps and automation tracks produce the engineers who can operate that infrastructure locally, reducing reliance on imported expertise and enabling Cameroonian firms to build and host their own digital services.
Human Capital Development
Vocational certification is the fastest route from unemployment to employability. Through our MINEFOP accreditation and authorised vendor partnerships, learners leave with credentials recognised both nationally and by employers worldwide — bilingual, in English and French.
Governance & Security
Digital trust underpins every other pillar. Our MINPOSTEL-accredited audit practice and ISO 27001 / ISO 22301 programmes help public institutions and private operators secure national data infrastructure and demonstrate compliance credibly.
Regional leadership
Our headquarters and training labs are in Yaoundé, Cameroon, with instructor-led delivery available on client premises anywhere in the CEMAC region and virtual delivery across time zones. Every cohort can be run in English or French.
